Starting an MBA program is an indication of a good start to a rigorous but joyous process that is education. In this new world, academic rivalry, webs of interdependence, and individual change are inevitable. As with most organizational development, there is some resistance to change, it is thus important to learn how to accept change and that takes a lot of effort.

Time management becomes the best thing in the seemed personality. When there are increased loads in terms of case studies, group assignments and extracurricular activities, then one is forced to be well organized. Acquire skills in choosing which activities and tasks are important and require action at the moment and know how to proactively manage not only time but also energy and focus.

Education-wise, MBA programs are intense; it is a fusion of concepts and real-life scenarios. You may find yourself facing topics that are new to you, ranging from finance formulae to behavioural theories in organizations. Tackle these issues with a ready willingness and with an open mind. If you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to ask professors/teaching assistants or other students. It is rather important to know that it is normal for learners to experience difficulties when encountering such concepts.

Thus, student engagement with their personal spheres should be harmonized if is to excel throughout the MBA program and afterwards. However, students should not get fully and completely engaged in the program; one should also maintain their relationships outside the school and should also put in effort to take care of themselves. Employment activities, exercising, meditation, reading, or any other form of leisure activities assist to overcome stress and maintain a healthy view of things.

Always be ready to learn from your mistakes and the perception others have of you, do not be rigid in your ways but be ready to bend at times.
