An Instrumentation and Control Engineer moulded by SRM University, Chennai, I hail from God’s Own Country; Kerala. The pursuit of knowledge and with a thirst to hone my skills, I resigned from Tata Consultancy Services Ltd after a service of 34 months to join SIBM Hyderabad and pursue MBA in Human Resource Management. HR to me is not just a specialization or my bread winner. HR to me is redemption. Redemption of an organization and its people from all the obstacles that they face. It is the light that powers the vision of an organization. HR is ‘Neeti’, HR is ‘Dharma’.
At Humanalaya we believe HR to be Teamwork, Strategy, Perceptual thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Cognitive Flexibility and as an Opportunity to unify the world. Humanalaya breaks conventions and constantly works at Redefining HR.
My experience with Humanalaya has been truly an amazing journey. Not only did I work as an HR, I was given an opportunity to work as a Finance, Marketing and Operations personnel. Humanalaya has taught me to be very lean and flexible in my roles.
As an academic club Humanalaya has organized multiple events like Crack the Case and The Hiring Games. The Hiring Games was a part of the flagship HR event ‘cHakRavyuha’ in FIRANDE 2017- The Annual Management and Cultural Fest of SIBM Hyderabad. This is in addition to the various Guest Lectures organized by Humanalaya where HR experts from the Industry shared their wisdom and knowledge with the HR fraternity of SIBM Hyderabad.
