Finding My Place

Semester 2 feels different in the best way. If the first semester was about adjusting, this one is about actually being involved. The campus is always buzzing with events, competitions, club work, guest lectures as there’s always something happening, and being part of it makes everything feel more alive.

This semester, I’ve been more engaged with the clubs, especially the Arts Club. For the Management Conclave, I helped decorate the photobooth, and seeing people click pictures there felt weirdly rewarding. Moments like those make you realise how much effort goes into even the smallest parts of an event. I also helped organize a debate event recently, and that experience taught me a lot about coordination, planning, and handling last-minute chaos without panicking. Along with all the activities, we’ve had so many guest lectures and industry interactions. Listening to people who’ve actually been out there in the corporate world gives a completely different perspective. It makes you think beyond textbooks and presentations.

What I love about this semester is the sense of belonging. Things don’t feel as unfamiliar anymore. I know the flow, the pace, and how to handle things without getting overwhelmed like before. I’ve become more confident in taking initiative and stepping up whenever needed.

Semester 2 is showing me that an MBA isn’t just about studying, it’s about experiences, involvement, teamwork, creativity, and learning from every little moment. It’s helping me grow

not just as a student but as a person, and honestly, I’m grateful for how far I’ve come since the very first day I walked into campus.
