Starting a professional journey is always a blend of anticipation and excitement. When I joined Hrnetix as an
intern, I expected a valuable learning experience—but what I encountered during the induction week exceeded all

Right from day one, the work culture at Hrnetix stood out as warm, vibrant, and deeply purpose-driven. The
induction program was thoughtfully curated—not just to introduce us to the company, but to help us feel truly
connected. The experience was immersive and made me feel like an integral part of the team from the very

Meeting the Mentors
One of the most memorable moments of my induction was the opportunity to interact with Mr. Dazil Fernandez,
one of the directors at Hrnetix. His conversation wasn’t just about business—it was filled with life lessons. Mr.
Fernandez spoke about resilience, staying curious, and embracing change. His insights were not only profound
but practical, and I walked away with valuable life mantras that I will carry with me beyond this internship.
Stepping into Brand Building
My role here focuses on brand building—a field I’ve always been passionate about. With a background in brand
management, I now have the chance to apply what I’ve learned in a practical setting. Whether it’s developing
strategies to enhance Hrnetix’s visibility, crafting engaging brand narratives, or exploring innovative digital
avenues, each task feels like a meaningful step from theory to real-world application.
Looking Ahead
