The second semester of my MBA has been nothing short of a whirlwind. It is that phase of the journey where fun, pressure, learning, and chaos coexist every single day. The academic rigor increased significantly, making the semester extremely exhausting, yet strangely rewarding. There were moments of overwhelming schedules, endless submissions, and packed timetables-but alongside this intensity came experiences that made it all worthwhile.
What truly balanced the exhaustion were the numerous events thoughtfully organized throughout the semester. These events acted as refreshing pauses from the otherwise monotonous academic routine. Programs like Chakraview by Shakti were not just enjoyable but meaningful, adding depth and perspective to our lives beyond textbooks and presentations. Such initiatives helped uplift moods, spark conversations, and create lasting memories.
Guest lectures were another highlight, offering insights from industry experts and giving us a real-world lens to understand management concepts. Academic Week brought innovation into learning, transforming classrooms into spaces of interaction and curiosity. Research Week, in particular, was an eye-opener. It introduced us to the fundamentals of research-how to ask the right questions, analyze data, and build structured arguments-skills that are crucial for both academics and corporate life.
Late-night project work with friends became a defining feature of this semester. These nights were filled with stress, laughter, brainstorming, and bonding. After long days, peaceful night walks across the campus provided calm and clarity. Foundation Day celebrations added pride and joy to our journey. This semester may have drained our energy, but it enriched our minds and strengthened our friendships.
