Some events don’t just fill your schedule — they reshape the way you think. SymbiNeeti 4.0 – ORBITAS: Aligning Mindsets, hosted by the Corporate Interaction Cell (CIC) of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad, was one such experience. For me, it was a day of learning, reflection, and renewed clarity about what it truly means to grow as a future manager.
Across the campus, there was an unmistakable buzz — students, faculty, and industry leaders coming together with a shared purpose: to understand how mindsets can drive meaningful transformation in today’s fast-moving business world. The conversations were honest, the perspectives were fresh, and the learning felt deeply personal.
This year’s edition featured an impressive lineup of speakers, including Mr. Prashant A. Bhonsle, Ms. Pratyusha Sharma, Ms. Preeti Ahuja, Mr. Moses John Wesley Makam, Ms. Rekha Narendra, Mr. Madhav Das, Dr. Sailaja, and Ms. Aruna Param. Each one brought something distinct — stories of leadership, insights on culture, lessons on adaptability, and reminders that the future belongs to those who can think with clarity and act with purpose.
What struck me the most was how relevant every session felt. Whether it was about navigating digital disruption, strengthening organisational culture, or building resilience, the discussions offered the kind of wisdom that goes beyond textbooks. It pushed me to reflect on how I
approach challenges, how I communicate, and how I envision my role in a rapidly evolving corporate world.
The theme “ORBITAS: Aligning Mindsets” truly came alive through these interactions. It reminded me that success is not just about skill — it’s about how we think, how we adapt, and how we align our vision with the change happening around us.
Attending SymbiNeeti 4.0 was more than just being part of a conclave; it felt like stepping into a space where learning becomes experiential. Every conversation, every insight, and every moment spent listening to these leaders added something valuable to my understanding of what it means to grow both professionally and personally.
As I walked out of the venue at the end of the day, I carried with me not just takeaways, but a refreshed sense of direction. SymbiNeeti 4.0 reinforced that leadership begins with mindset — and aligning that mindset is the first step toward making a real impact.
