The Hectic, Exciting Side of MBA Life

If there’s one thing I’ve realized recently, it’s that MBA life only gets busier—and more rewarding—with time. I had the chance to anchor a formal event for the first time, hosted by the Corporate Interaction Cell: SymbiNeeti. Standing on stage in a formal setting was a completely new experience, but it turned out to be incredibly enriching and boosted my confidence further.

These days, campus life has become even more demanding with the SIP (Summer Internship Placement) process in full swing. Preparing for interviews, polishing answers, and juggling assignments alongside classes has been challenging. It’s tiring at times, but it’s also a phase that’s pushing me to grow beyond my comfort zone.

What keeps me grounded in all this chaos is studying Human Resource Management. It’s a subject that genuinely excites me, and every new concept makes me surer about the path I want to take. Even on the most hectic days, learning HR feels purposeful.

After wrapping up the first semester, I finally got the chance to go home for Diwali after a long time. It was refreshing—like a pause I didn’t know I needed. At the same time, leaving my family again felt equally heavy. But stepping back onto campus after the break made me realize something meaningful: this place has become my second family. Returning felt like coming home in a different way.

Life right now is a blend of pressure, purpose, growth, and the warmth of two homes. It’s more hectic than ever, but also more fulfilling than I ever imagined.
